Personal information is collected for registration and/or other convention operations purposes. 

In the process of providing these services, we require our attendees to provide certain unique and identifiable information. Unique identifiable information that may be collected from our customers in completion of a purchase and registration form include customer’s first name, last name, age, gender, home city, zip code, phone number, and email address. 

Your name will be visible to the registration staff when you check in and show us your ID but, barring an emergency, will at no time be visible to anyone else. 

We emphasize privacy in our staff training and our registration staff are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. 

When you use our site or register for our convention, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

You may opt out by not providing any information, not completing the forms, leaving the site, but please note that doing so will disallow you from registering for our convention. 

By providing us with any personal information, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold harmless MindQuake and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personal information.
